Need something between visits? Just call. If a job needs a specialist, we'll bring in someone we trust and oversee the work.

For families

Visiting your parents should be about quality time together, not a to-do list. Whether you live across town or across the country, Keepsake makes sure your parents' home is cared for.

They made a home for you. Now you can help them keep it.

About

Richard Simms, founder of Keepsake, smiling in a light blue button-down shirt.

I grew up in Vinings and graduated from Westminster and then Washington and Lee. My wife and I live in Buckhead, where we keep busy raising and wrangling our two kids.

My father built homes for 25 years. I grew up visiting his job sites, marveling at how an empty lot becomes a proper home. I've been building and fixing things ever since: furniture in my garage, a treehouse for the kids, and whatever's broken at our house this week.

I've spent my career building companies with skilled teams that show up for clients and do what they said they would.

I've watched friends spend visits at their parents' house trying to fix everything, wanting to help but short on time. I kept coming back to who I'd want working on my own family's home: someone good with their hands, who treats it like their own, and who actually calls back. That's what I'm building.

To start, Keepsake is taking on a small number of Buckhead families, and I'll be at the early visits myself.
